Our Aqua milling equipment is capable of effectively cleaning systems with diameters ranging from 3 inches to 3 meters. The rotating hose system, combined with the hose drive unit, can extend and retract horizontally up to 300 meters and vertically up to 50 meters. Additionally, the hoses are flexible enough to navigate multiple bends, T-pieces, and u-bends within the piping system.
The SYGMA Aqua milling process incorporates a passivation treatment for the internal surfaces of the system. This treatment substantially decreases the risk of corrosion and oxidation.
